Each person may create only one quuok account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be suspended and the balance may be forfeited.
Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be true, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure. Please notify quuok immediately if any of your details change.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If your account is accessed without your authorization, notify our support team immediately. Transferring or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4. Bonus & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳10,000 will have the bonus capped at a maximum of ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳15,000.
Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus funds only, not on the deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per user.
- The maximum bet allowed using bonus funds will be stated in the relevant offer.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirement is met.
- quuok reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
5. VIP Program & Cashback
quuok's VIP program has five tiers, each offering different benefits. It is possible to advance to higher tiers through regular play.

6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the fair and safe operation of the quuok platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture.
- Assuming another user's identity or opening an account with false information
- Attempting to exploit the bonus system to earn funds fraudulently (bonus abuse)
- Using automated software or bots to place bets or play games
- Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Harassing or defrauding other players
- Attempting to exploit any technical error in the system for dishonest gain
